Mother's Day is less than a week away and who better to spend it with than our beloved pets? There are loads of great things to do with your pup nowadays and we've packed our best suggestions into one handy blog. So read on to learn of 5 things to do with your dog this Mothering Sunday...
1) Take a Hotel Break
Pack your bags and go where the wind takes you. There are lots of great dog friendly places to choose from across the UK with more and more allowing our pups in every day. So why not go away for the weekend and spend some quality time together?

Or if you don't fancy travelling far and you're local to us in Sevenoaks (in fact, even if you're not) - how about a stay at The Dog at Wingham?
A lovely Kentish hotel and restaurant based just outside Canterbury, making it the perfect place to stay for a visit to the historic city. The pub is super dog friendly (well, the clue's in the name!) and has treats on the bar, doggy artwork throughout the restaurant and the pups are even allowed to dine with us! 2) Go for a Walk
Pop your walking boots on and get outside. There's no better way to spend your weekend than by enjoying a nice long walk with your pup. Plus, it's perfect for bonding time too.
Explore somewhere different or tried and true - either way, we're sure your pup will have a ball (even more so if they have fun chasing one!)
There are so many great walks to discover across the country from coastal paths and country parks to woodland areas. There are loads right on our doorstep in West Kent and just one of our favourites is Lullingstone Country Park.
There are lots of great paths to explore, a river to cool off in and lots of green for playing ball. Plus, there's a café that sells doggy ice cream and homemade biscuits...
3) Dine Out
Dog friendly is now becoming the norm across coffee shops and pubs nationwide - in fact, even some fine dining restaurants are allowing pups in. So why not enjoy a special meal out this Mothering Sunday?
Treat yourself to a delicious dinner while your pups lay by your feet and tuck into their favourite treats - Naturo Brownies are bound to keep them quiet!

If you're local to us or visiting the area, then how about The Woodman? A traditional country pub set in the heart of the Kentish countryside with locally sourced traditional English food, real ales on tap and desserts that you'll be getting the puppy dog eyes for...
4) Visit Somewhere New
Delve into the history of our great country and discover some ancient gems. Did you know that a lot of English Heritage sites are dog friendly? You can easily find your nearest one to visit with your pup on their website. Simply type in your postcode and select 'dog friendly' in the filter to discover lots of great places to discover right on your doorstep...
Amongst our favourites have been Tintangel Castle, the home of King Arthur, and Goodrich Castle.
A more recent discovery is Eynsford Castle. Tucked away down a little lane in the beautiful village of Eynsford, this Norman castle is a great look into what life was like in the Middle Ages.
Learn of the history of the castle as you go around and discover what each room was used for. A very informative fun day out - for all of the family!
5) Get a Card & Gift
